AI is closer to the limit of intelligence than most people think. At the current rate of improvement, AI will become perfect at everything by 2028 or 2029. Beyond that point, it won't matter whether AI becomes more intelligent, because it won't become any more useful.

This follows a submission to OIRA earlier this month signaling the agencies’ intent, and was approved by all three SEC commissioners (Atkins, Peirce, Uyeda) as well as @ChairmanSelig. The guidance establishes a token taxonomy and addresses how activities like staking, mining, airdrops, and wrapping are treated under existing law. Notably, SEC Chair @SECPaulSAtkins says it reflects that most crypto assets are not themselves securities and that investment contracts can come to an end. While interpretive guidance doesn’t change the law, it reflects how regulators intend to apply it, giving the market a clearer directional signal. Separately, this is distinct from the SEC’s still-pending rulemaking on crypto asset offerings.

Building credibility through execution is a transparent and measurable path. And regarding the comparison between $XRP and $CSPR, I want to place it in a different context from an investment perspective. Because Ripple is already much further along with institutional relationships, the risk for the investor is also much smaller. However, in my opinion, the potential ROI is currently much greater with $CSPR because there is still a world to be gained from increasingly strong underlying fundamentals. @Casper_Network

the CLARITY Act dies if it does not pass committee by end of April. that is not a crypto problem. that is a US competitiveness problem. while Congress debates jurisdiction, the EU already has MiCA. Singapore has a framework. Dubai has one. regulatory uncertainty is not neutral — it is a subsidy for every other jurisdiction.
