Players have 2 choices: Either pout or prepare. Whether you play or don’t play, whether you win or lose, you will never regret working hard, making commitments, being disciplined or focusing too much. These skills not only prepare you for your game, but will prepare you for life!

We all have the opportunity to lead. Starts with leading yourself by taking full ownership of your attitude.

Not about just leading others. It’s about you-leading-you as well‼️

Part of being better than the norm is having a better plan and having the conviction to follow it. #Ownership

Don’t waste time....

Your edge, in your ability to be the best you can be, will often be found in your commitment to learn.

Your attitude is always completely up to you.

Get really clear on who you want to be. Think about specific aspects of who you are that you truly want to be proud of. Clarity is cool.

This kid has been the ultimate mentor in the AHL for so many of the players that won the cup with TB last year. You can tell by the team’s reaction in this video. Club college player to the NHL and he’s rewarded with his first game in the show. Congrats @WallyD19!
