@MarioSalomone89 @snboxing I'll push back on that one. A bit of revisionist history, and the sad reality that every win gets diminished afterward because we now know the loser was beatable. But going in, Tito was on a sick run, eviscerated Joppy at 160, and Hopkins deserves full credit for taming him IMO.

@EricRaskin @snboxing Yeah, that's my case. I also think Hopkins' win against Trinidad is a bit overrated, because Tito was not in his natural weight class. His best weapons were not that effective at 160.

@MarioSalomone89 @EricRaskin Based on what? It wasn’t the quality of opponent. Take their best five or eight wins and Hopkins is ahead. Hopkins was also undisputed.

@EricRaskin The first GGG vs Canelo fight wasn’t even close. Second one was close. I thought ggg won the first one by a mile and a close 115-113 in second one where a draw would’ve been fine.

@codoll53 Yeah, I think there's a case for that if you feel the Taylor-Hopkins decisions were correct and the GGG-Canelo decisions weren't. I happened to have Hopkins 1-0-1 against Taylor (off TV) and scored both GGG-Canelo fights as draws (from ringside).

BTW, for those in the comments who are saying Cotto shouldn't be top 10 because he only had 3 MW title fights, (a) they were all lineal at least, and (b) the other options were Saunders (4 MW title fights), Charlo (4), Lara (4), or Trinidad (2), none of whom were lineal champ.
