@CamilleMrcht I did it for long travels: i've not been in America/Asia since 2009; only in Tunisia & in Moscow in 2014. Refused invitations to Japan. Like taking a bike or public transport to go to work, this question is not new to me. It has long been obvious.

A nice thread from @SaraCSchulte from @HHU_de explaining HOGVAX, a new tool to compute sequences of peptide vaccine. HOGVAX generates sequences containing a maximum of peptides using a graph that models their overlaps. Will be presented at @RECOMBconf ! #bioinformatics power
