It is worth noting, as others have, that Lutheran liturgical culture was substantially degraded (and in outright free fall in some places) by 1764, so it isn't a great reference point for traditional Lutheran vesture. That being said, many millennial and Gen Z clergy habitually wear cassock and surplice (like that on the left) apart from the celebration of the Eucharist. You might also be interested to learn that my parish is currently working with @Sacra_Indumenta to commission a green set of Eucharistic vestments based on Lutheran and pre-Reformation examples. Hopefully just the beginning. Why pre-Reformation and not just Lutheran, you ask? Many of the Lutheran vestments were used until they could no longer be used, and then were not replaced by subsequent generations under the influences of Pietism and Rationalism. But depictions of them still exist in period artwork, which can be used to identify similar extant examples from various sources for further reference. MLB today proposed an overhauled domestic amateur-entry system that removes high school players from the draft, makes college players eligible after sophomore year, shortens the draft from 20 to 12 rounds, and cuts bonus pool from current $358.7M to $200M, sources tell ESPN.
