I use strong words for strong offenses. These BTC treasury companies are pure grift. Your essay is a perfect example-- there's no such thing as "trapped institutional capital." That's another self-serving Saylor narrative. Capital allocators can open a Bitcoin/crypto silo-- they don't need some stupid preferred stock for their fixed income silo. The capital allocation happens one layer up. There are many, many more obstacles in the way of buying STRC than there are in the way of buying BTC
