Hey @harleyf @ShopifySupport My Shopify Payments account has been holding alittle under half a million since Dec 19, 2024. We ship out orders from our US warehouse (Texas), not dropshipping. All orders (incl. chargebacks) are fulfilled, and every requested docs (proof of shipment, invoices, etc.) have been submitted. We’re a legit US/CA based brand with a big team, working hard to give our customers the best experience possible. But at this rate, we have no cash flow to run our business or pay employees, putting us at risk of shutting down. Please review this urgently. Let me know if you need anything else. Thank you.
