Robert De Niro’s statement on Donald is perfect. Please read it:
“I’ve spent a lot of time studying bad men. I’ve examined their characteristics, their mannerisms, the utter banality of their cruelty. Yet there’s something different about Donald Trump.
When I look at him, I don’t see a bad man. Truly.
I see an evil one.
Over the years, I’ve met gangsters here and there. This guy tries to be one, but he can’t quite pull it off. There’s such a thing as “honor among thieves.”
Yes, even criminals usually have a sense of right and wrong. Whether they do the right thing or not is a different story — but — they have a moral code, however warped.
Donald Trump does not. He’s a wannabe tough guy with no morals or ethics. No sense of right or wrong. No regard for anyone but himself — not the people he was supposed to lead and protect, not the people he does business with, not the people who follow him, blindly and loyally, not even the people who consider themselves his “friends.”
He has contempt for all of them.
We New Yorkers got to know him over the years that he poisoned the atmosphere and littered our city with monuments to his ego. We knew first hand that this was someone who should never be considered for leadership.
We tried to warn the world in 2016.
The repercussions of his turbulent presidency divided America and rattled New York City beyond imagination. Remember how we were jolted by crisis in early 2020, as a virus swept the world. We lived with Donald Trump’s bombastic behavior every day on the national stage, and we suffered as we saw our neighbors piling up in body bags.
The man who was supposed to protect this country put it in peril, because of his recklessness and impulsiveness. It was like an abusive father ruling the family by fear and violent behavior. That was the consequence of New York’s warning getting ignored. Next time, we know it will be worse.
Make no mistake: the twice-impeached, 4-time indicted Donald Trump is still a fool. But we can’t let our fellow Americans write him off like one. Evil thrives in the shadow of dismissive mockery, which is why we must take the danger of Donald Trump very seriously.
So today we issue another warning. From this place where Abraham Lincoln spoke — right here in the beating heart of New York — to the rest of America:
This is our last chance.
Democracy won’t survive the return of a wannabe dictator.
And it won’t overcome evil if we are divided.
So what do we do about it? I know I’m preaching to the choir here. What we’re doing today is valuable, but we have to take today into tomorrow – take it outside these walls.
We have to reach out to the half of our country who have ignored the hazards of Trump and, for whatever reason, support elevating him back into the White House. They’re not stupid, and we must not condemn them for making a stupid choice. Our future doesn’t just depend on us. It depends on them.
Let’s reach out to Trump’s followers with respect.
Let’s not talk about “democracy.” “Democracy” may be our holy grail, but to others it is just a word, a concept, and in their embrace of Trump, they’ve already turned their backs on it.
Let’s talk about right and wrong. Let’s talk about humanity.
Let’s talk about kindness. Security for our world. Safety for our families. Decency.
Let’s welcome them back.
We won’t get them all, but we can get enough to end the nightmare of Trump, and fulfill the mission of this “Stop Trump Summit.””

"So at my daughter's birthday dinner a little girl about 3-4 yrs old saw my daughter walk in the restaurant.
While we are all just enjoying the moment, the little girl runs down to where my daughter was, looks and smiles real big then runs back to her mom and dad.
Shortly after, the daughter come back being carried by her dad and her head is buried in his neck.
The dad taps my daughter on the shoulder and says, 'My daughter thinks you are a real princess and wants to give you a hug.' ☺👑.
My daughter says yes and the little girl gives her the biggest hug. This brought the room to tears and cheers. They take a couple of pics and the little girls waves goodbye with her parents.
That little girl saw just a "princess" not a black one or white one but simply a princess. Kids don't have hate in them; they are taught it."

I had no idea gay people existed* until I was 18; I had a "boyfriend" at a "boys only" school.
The vast majority of my community, and myself, had no idea trans people existed till I was 20; at which point I sneaked onto the internet to Google "boy turn into girl."
I'm Queer AF.

MAGAs call me the "radical Left."
I believe in full LGBTQ rights, that we should protect the planet,
that Black lives really matter,
that everyone deserves healthcare,
that the world is bigger than America.
I guess humanity is radical to inhumane people.

Sadio Mane, a Senegalese soccer star, earns approximately $10.2 million annually. He gave the world a rude awakening after some fans were flabbergasted when they saw him carrying a cracked iPhone 11.
His response was awesome:
"Why would I want ten Ferraris, 20 diamond watches, and two jet planes? I starved, I worked in the fields, played barefoot, and I didn't go to school.
Now I can help people. I prefer to build schools and give poor people food or clothing. I have built schools and a stadium, provide clothes, shoes, and food for people in extreme poverty.
In addition, I give 70 euros per month to all people from a very poor Senegalese region in order to contribute to their family economy.
I do not need to display luxury cars, luxury homes, trips, and even planes. I prefer that my people receive some of what life has given me."

When I was a kid growing up in the 80s and 90s my uncle Charlie was gay. My mom told us he had always been that way. She said when they were little her other brothers would be outside playing and Charlie would hang out with the sisters and play Barbies. I thought he talked funny. He usually grew his nails out. But my mom told me that's just who he was. We loved Charlie. We loved his crazy, loud friends. Sometimes we'd go to Pizza Hut in our small town where he worked and visit him. He was a great storyteller. When I was around 12 or 13 Charlie got sick. I remember my mom cleaned his mobile home with bleach and Lysol because he couldn't get healthy. Eventually he passed from tuberculosis and complications from AIDS. My mom said at the end there wasn't much left of him. It was a terrible way to die. And because of the time and place he died mostly alone. People were afraid to visit him. I remember relatives asking if they should disinfect the toilet after he used it. I think about my uncle Charlie all the time. I'm glad my mom introduced us to him. I'm glad he was part of our normal lives. I'm glad my sister and I grew up knowing he was a real, loving, caring, decent person. I'm glad my mom didn't try to tell us something was wrong with him. I wish everyone had an uncle Charlie. Maybe the world wouldn't be so full of hate and bigotry. Because he was impossible to hate. When I see people shooting up Bud Light cans and screaming about storytime I wish they knew my uncle Charlie.
