Last December, Bryan noticed something wasn’t right while he was getting ready for work. Because he wasn’t experiencing all of the BE FAST symptoms, he didn’t think it could be a stroke. Trusting his instincts, he drove himself to one of our emergency departments. Due to his quick action, his care team was able to treat the stroke early and help prevent long-term brain injury. During a stroke, every second matters. About 32,000 neurons die each second.
