The Supreme Court already settled this: in Plyer v. Doe in 1982, it ruled that ALL children—regardless of immigration status—have the right to attend public K–12 schools. States can’t deny them an education under the Constitution. Not even TN, which continues to pass more lawsuits than laws.

Kentucky Senate Republicans just held a FUNERAL for Democrat Governor Andy Beshear's FAILED VETO of a school choice bill.
The Senate voted to OVERRIDE the veto 31–5.
The House voted 77–14 to OVERRIDE.
Governor Andy Beshear went to a private school.
