@jeffr0 Most of my career so far has been with companies that chew you up and spit you out. I’m so determined to build an environment that doesn’t do that.

One of the things I hate is companies where people who give the most damn about the business, their colleagues, and the bottom line are driven to the point of not giving a damn by that company. That's a great culture and setup you've got there...., it's called CANNIBALISM.

@jeffr0 I miss all the friends. My life has changed so much in the Wordpress world as I’ve gotten older, and the ecosystem changed. It often makes me sad

I miss talking to my WordPress folks on a regular basis in one place instead of three, but that’s how the cookie crumbles and I understand why it’s this way.
