As a retired FemDomme, I'd like to add my perspective on the Lily Philips scandal. I retired precisely because of disgust with practices born out of excess and the lack of respect for the human connection underpinning the sexual experience--that this incident represents so well in the public mind. Julie Bindel, the feminist professional "wrongster", blames the young porn star's sadness and humiliation after bedding 100 men in 14 hours on.. men. Others pile hate on the OnlyFans star herself. But misogynists and feminists alike are both wrong in their diagnosis of this.

@ErisMartinet I agree with you. But the real problem lays beyond us. I think the modern project (Bacon, Instauratio Magna) and the liberalism that is the child of that project, achieved the idea of freedom / liberty that generates a dissolution of the commons.

@ErisMartinet I might be a extreme case, but really it's uncommon for me to have a deep relationship, except friendships, that is not based on what I can provide. That is expected from men in my society. Fewer of them do that, and the equilibrium of transactionality becomes the same offline.

I think You are right and one of the reasons is the Domms that have nu experience or understanding of D/s and BDSM, they try to sell fantasies and then the buyers learn it is D/s is like a menu where they can pick out what they want. It creates the strange mindset that many subs show, and i do think it´s a online created illness, never seen it on BDSM parties or events. Ppl should experience some IRL events to get a better understanding and learn some manners and etiquette.
