I don't think artificial intelligence is a threat. I don't think artificial intelligence is terrible. Don't worry about machines. We should understand one thing, that man can never make another man. A computer is a computer. A computer is just a toy. Computer only have chips. Men have the heart. It's the heart where the wisdom comes from. Where people talk about the AIs, human beings would be controlled by machines. I never think about that. I think it's impossible, because human beings are different. Machines are invented by human beings. And according to the science, humans can never create another animal that is smarter than humans. Especially when you have so many smart people, it is impossible to make something smarter than people. Give me an example of an animal or thing that human beings made that is smarter than human beings. My view is that computers may be clever, but human beings are much smarter. Clever is very academic, it's knowledge driven. Smarter is experience driven. Computer is clever, but it's human beings that invented a computer. I've never seen a computer invent a human being. This is my first point. My second point is about a AlphaGo playing Chess. If a human being says, "I can run faster than a car," it's impossible. Go is designed for humans to play with humans. Chess is designed for human to human. Why should a human fight against a computer? I never, ever play Chess or Go against a computer.
