@notariannrr It is…. Unfortunately, most work places turn up their noses at it. If it’s not from UWI, UTech, UCC, NCU, hell even ExCed, they won’t accept it. Ministry of Education needs to work alongside HEART for their certifications to be acknowledged. But den again, dem nuh ansa phone 😭
