The NAPSA complex? Thieves and lots of crimes in that area. Many opted to not move into them. Maybe a deliberate move towards security and then issuing them to civil servants would do the trick

😂 called one with a for rent poster, landlord says there were expats living there paying 11k, so he now wants 13k, btw it’s a basic 3 bedroom house, I wished him all the best finding an expat, 3 months later, house still for rent

@EscobarChim That demand analysis was amiss. That location does not need high class housing like that-it just exposes them to insecurity. Napsa needed to come up with low cost housing units that middle to low income earners can afford for that area.
