The NAPSA complex? Thieves and lots of crimes in that area. Many opted to not move into them. Maybe a deliberate move towards security and then issuing them to civil servants would do the trick

@niza116 @LauraMiti If I had a facility and I’m not getting paid, the agreement is out the window. That’s the real problem I’ve struggled to use NHIMA as well and I hear it’s mostly because they are owing over a year worth of payments to these facilities. Others just say the system is down.

Using NHIMA is humiliating. Took one of the girls to the clinic, yesterday, and was told they only see 3 NHIMA patients, per day, and they had already reached their quota. Please raise the payments. This is making no sense.

What do you mean you don't accept scanned copies of a national ID? Your own system has an image of the customer attached to the account. What more do you need to verify someone's identity? Very inconveniencing but then again I am paying for staying with a shitty bank.
