Yup. This also gets at Trump’s inability to get Europe to help out in Iran. He treats our allies like crap, his approval plummets in Europe, and that makes it near political suicide for democratically elected leaders to help him in a war they were never consulted on to begin with.

What’s bizarre about this is Trump’s favorability jn Italy is 7% and his unfavorability is 86%, so his claim Meloni wanted a photo with him to “get her numbers up” is 180 degrees wrong. Her fight with him helps her at home.
