Excited to finally share work from my last PhD project at Wisconsin! biorxiv.org/cgi/content/sh… We combined cutting-edge SC-BMECS with recombinant vitamin A serum transporters to generate a fully human in vitro model of vitamin A transport at the blood brain barrier.
