The Lieutenant Governor has the power to REMOVE a sitting Premier when they violate the law.
Currently Premier Ford is violating 2 laws.
1. The court order to provide his texts is one issue.
2. There was a failure to provide the funding for Nurse Practioners. The legal deadline for that passed on April 1.
Oddly her website is down. Even Google AI noticed it. There are ways around it though.

@ColinDMello If he keeps the plane, he needs to cough up full funding that exceeds national per capita/person averages for healthcare and education, and needs to stop giving away our taxpayer dollars with little return for the province to American and other foreign companies like Therme!
