@EterRadioApp Eter on macOS keeps trying to grab the microphone when connected to Bluetooth headphones. This causes repeated interruptions. I don't even know why it needs Mic access. There seems to be no option to turn this off.

@the_cave_monkey When the Shazam switch is on, it listens all the time and updates music info. When the Shazam switch is off, it doesn't work at all. If you want to recognize music once, turn on Shazam, wait for the results, then turn it off. Important: Shazam toggle apply to the current station

@EterRadioApp Can someone explain to me what the Shazam icon with on and of toggle actually is , and how it works, aka is it listening to my phone all the time, there is no support document reference to it, it just appeared..

@BiGsAm When you say wrong data, where do you mean? What does the data from these stations actually look like?

@EterRadioApp Ok not sure what happened here, but now metadata doesn’t display on phone for stations with wrong data, but still does on CarPlay for some reason 🤔

@EterRadioApp there are some stations that do not display the correct metadata, anyway to turn off the data transmitted from the station side ? Thanks.

@BiGsAm I don’t think it’s going be related to a station necessarily. There are occasional problems in CarPlay as I saw, especially after invoking Siri while radio is playing. Then it would resume Shazam until the next song or something like that. Hard to be sure. We’ll try to check.

@BiGsAm No it should reflect in CarPlay as well. Is Shazam enabled for that station? Sometimes there are also flukes with Shazam and it doesn’t work until restarting the app or at least another station.

@EterRadioApp That does not apply to CarPlay I assume cause I didn’t work

@BiGsAm If the station’s metadata is wrong, Shazam should correct it eventually. That’s exactly when it’s so useful.

Even the photo displayed is wrong when listening through CarPlay for example.

@16Milorad This sometimes happens if there’s a bad connection or VPN changes. A “restore purchasers” should bring your purchases back. You shouldn’t pay again, obviously.

@EterRadioApp why i get info again "pay once" when i payed once in february?

@eksikimla The best way to reach us is to email support@apparentsoft.com. That being said, there’s no way for us to debug this. We don’t have customer details. You buy from Apple’s App Store and they keep customer details. So I can’t know if you purchased or not or what email you used.

@EterRadioApp It's not about VPN because I don't have. Maybe mail adress problem. I'll sent DM to my all mails.
