The movies that are doing better than I Love Boosters this weekend have anywhere from 40% to 250% more screens than we have. That's not ALL it is- we still have awareness to build thru word of mouth & it's HAPPENING- thank u everyone 4 doing that! Drive 2 a screen if u have to!

Cop uses Flock cameras & software to illegally track his mistress, his wife, his mistresses boyfriend, etc.... He is then suspended but keeps using the Flock (but I thought they were "secure" [they're not...]) system to unlawfully monitor these American citizens. He's eventually pleaded to misdemeanors (not felonies?) and got "3 years of informal probation." This is just one of thousands of cases where we know these systems are being unlawfully used - imagine how many times it's happening where we never hear about it... To see if you or your loved ones are being tracked you can check HaveIBeenFlocked dot com - that site can only track one type of search and the State can search the system in many, many different ways that aren't accessible without a contract so it's incomplete. Plan accordingly... #CivilRights #PoliceState #crime #decay #cops #gulag #4thAmendment #CarpenterVsUS #police #FailedState

The mass surveillance state spread quickly over the past couple years. Hopefully, as people realize the universal danger these systems present, the dots on the map will shrink as quickly as they appeared. Disseminate accordingly... #flock #4thAmendment #Surveillance #LPR #AI #HomeDepot #police #PoliceState #dystopya

I strongly believe there are entire companies right now under heavy AI psychosis and its impossible to have rational conversations about it with them. I can't name any specific people because they include personal friends I deeply respect, but I worry about how this plays out. I lived through the great MTBF vs MTTR (mean-time-between-failure vs. mean-time-to-recovery) reckoning of infrastructure during the transition to cloud and cloud automation. All those arguments are rearing their ugly heads again but now its... the whole software development industry (maybe the whole world, really). It's frightening, because the psychosis folks operate under an almost absolute "MTTR is all you need" mentality: "its fine to ship bugs because the agents will fix them so quickly and at a scale humans can't do!" We learned in infrastructure that MTTR is great but you can't yeet resilient systems entirely. The main issue is I don't even know how to bring this up to people I know personally, because bringing this topic up leads to immediately dismissals like "no no, it has full test coverage" or "bug reports are going down" or something, which just don't paint the whole picture. We already learned this lesson once in infrastructure: you can automate yourself into a very resilient catastrophe machine. Systems can appear healthy by local metrics while globally becoming incomprehensible. Bug reports can go down while latent risk explodes. Test coverage can rise while semantic understanding falls. Changes happens so fast that nobody notices the underlying architecture decaying. I worry.

I am skeptical that Harris is going to run in 2028 in large part because I think she knows that waiting two full years to get into the fight against Trump and lay out her ideas is an insane strategy when Democrats are desperate for leadership.

Julian Casablancas named the "privilege of Zionists living in the United States" as one of his "most controversial takes" during an appearance on SubwayTakes with Kareem Rahma. "Well it's been nice having a career: American Zionists get the benefits of white privileged people, but talk like they are Black people during slavery... "Just for the people that are going to be like, 'Hamas, October 7th.' Um, yes, bad. But Native American rebellions didn't mean it was okay to do what we did. Slave rebellions that were violent didn't mean that slavery is not bad. So, that's the scope of that answer. Just for the haters. "Indoctrination is such a strong thing. We just want to be part of the tribe... So I get it, but it is a sad fact the brainwashing of just people in general. You can't be mad just because something was rammed down their throat, necessarily." consequence.net/2026/04/julian…

said this a million times but Apple are idiots for not doing a 25th anniversary iPod this year clickwheel, multiple colors, Apple Music, Bluetooth and AirPods support, a good DAC and storage up to 2 TB just to appease the audiophiles — boom, you have the product of Christmas 26
