His body, voice and even thought processes are in a constant state of flux while his stave ejects a warping biomass that turns those touched by it into a new member of his Chaos Spawn pack. This Cult of Mutation embodies the mutating aspect of Tzeentch. They embrace the warping of flesh and reality itself.
