dude i fucking wish marathon wasnt shrouded in controvercy before release.
Universally all ACTUAL critics (not just the people who suck at fps games) have given the game an incredibly high review score and have said it scratches an itch many games dont.

Mind blowing how many people are on the side of the screen peekers. Someone's name being hidden in game so people can't stare at their screen while in their game to see everything that they do doesn't negatively impact anyone in any way. My fault for streaming though apparently.

Marathon seriously needs a streamer mode Too many times we have killed 2 people on a team and then the 3rd runs and rats while they pull up the stream to see when we leave the bags to know when it is safe to come rez and then hunt us down knowing our position from stream

If you go back and see my old Marathon tweets, you'll see that I was a hater. Now I'm gunking nerds in Cryo Archive with an LMG.
All you need to do is try it. You'll see. Absurdly fun game, and quite possibly the best feeling guns I've ever used in a video game.
