@MissAlinaCain We currently offer our 1.5mm Master Key which is a capsule-style key chain that can be brought with you wherever you go. We also have our replacement locking sets and our replacement screwdriver sets. Both sets can be used with our leather key holder keychains.

@Smallishcorvid As of now, we are aiming to have our heart locks back in stock with our winter replenishment. Once we have the next batch almost ready, we will be sure to update the replenishment time frame at the bottom of the product description.

@MissWolfsbaerin our black finish is very durable and is made to hold up with 24/7 wear. Any metal on metal contact such as attachments, pendants, and D&O rings will cause the finish to wear slightly over time. With regular use and cleanings, the finish will look great for years.

@HalfPriceButtes Unfortunately, the coating team that handles our rose gold is no longer able to offer this blush tone finish going forward. The rose gold has been a customer favorite, so rest assured, we are still looking for new ways to offer a similar finish in the future. Stay Tuned :)

@stxsatisfy all of current our collars, cuffs, and locking necklaces are casted to use a 1.5mm hex screw. However, we do offer a couple necklaces that use a combination lock or a heart lock as an alternative.

@EternityCollars Is there a way to get a screw that isn’t a standard hex screw?

Are Eternity collars permanent? Eternity jewelry locks & can be worn locked forever with minimal care but can still be unlocked & removed for safety & emergency reasons. That's why we don't consider them "permanent." We recommend that the key/combo is always near the wearer.

@mozartsfuneral unfortunately we have not seen that episode, so we can't confirm 100%, but since our collars are quite discreet, there is a chance it could be ours or a similar style for another source. We will have to go check it out some time 😊

@RatorVenom If you are interested in the custom order, simply add the small size to your order and leave our team a note that you would like the collar to be made custom in the medium size. Once the order is received with the notes, our team will handle the rest.

@RatorVenom Our lilac leather was a limited edition color that we will not be restocking additional sizes in. We do have a some remaining lilac leather that we would be happy to make a custom medium size. Custom orders usually take about 3 weeks and are non-refundable item.
