Actually ZIMSEC is tougher than Cambridge. The only difference is that those who sit for Cambridge Exams stand a better chance on enrolling into British institutions. That has been the motive, by and large, thus ensuring the colonial conveyor belt remains loaded as more and more Zimbabwean students trek abroad to swell the diaspora community!!!!
English

ZIMSEC has produced superb products who are doing wonders beyond Zimbabwe. Only those who failed ZIMSEC examinations disparage it.
Tanaka Trevour M'baiwa@IanTrevour
@AlexanderRusero Instead of focusing on free education for all, all we get is this, haiii these politicians seem to be high on something, making zimsec mandatory is not honna help a child from Dotito or Zaka to afford school fees, focus on what matters not these rushed decisions.
English

@Theme_news80 @Jamwanda2 🤣wamugona Joji. Imagine tweeting nonsense on a Western run platform
English

DO YOU GUYS GRASP WHAT THE MINISTER IS SAYING? In simple English, the Minister said ZIMSEC is now mandatory in all schools. He did not bar schools from adding other Examination Boards in addition to ZIMSEC!!!! What’s the furore about?? My son who is now in Upper Sixth set for both and passed!!!

@OrevaZSN They use different parts of the brain. The world has developed using the math science part of the brain. Thus that is seen as being more important.

@Sneakerchef_05 @ntsikimazwai How many years did the zulus fight the English for them to be considered as brave, how many wars did they win against the colonisers ?
English

@Mabutho_Mkhonto What exactly does the movement achieve? It should address the wealth inequalities that exist in S.A. Shouldn't they be marching to Orania?
English

@ntsikimazwai Don’t do that, please refrain from sowing tribalism in such a great movement. This is patriotic movement for our people of South Africa.
English

@Kamvalethu66708 @Lord_Ori_ 🤣🤣weak points presented. Zooloes have an inferiority complex
English

@Lord_Ori_ Swahili is localized to east Africa where it is mostly spoken, but we will not be colonized by east africans.
English

This is actually embarrassing for a democratic South Africa in 2026.
A whole Full Cabinet Minister reduced to her tribe instead of her role? Booed, not for what she’s doing or saying, but because she’s Venda and doesn’t speak isiZulu fluently?
So now leadership is measured by language preference? Are we running a country or hosting auditions for "Who Wants to Be Zulu Enough?"
Today it’s language. Tomorrow it’s province. Next it’s surname. And just like that, we normalize a quiet kind of exclusion that has nothing to do with competence and everything to do with identity.
Meanwhile, the real issue, a missing businessman, community safety, economic tensions, :gets drowned out by chants.
If this is where we are, then "unity in diversity" is starting to sound more like a slogan than a principle.
Mr President @CyrilRamaphosa why do you allow this to happen under you NOSE❓

English

@Thugger72 @CweBophi You're myopic. Is corruption the only vehicle for wealth creation? They could have ethically exploited their surname and partnered with different brands to launch a viable company or something
English

@CweBophi because they werent corrupt. Government corruption isnt a good form of making wealth its a bad form which most of these government and gov associated got their wealth.
English

@ItumelengLedw14 @CweBophi The tweet went over your head. The question is what have they been doing since 1994?
English

@CweBophi It is a revolutionary family that fought from freedom for the people of South Africa. The focus was freedom for the people not self enrichment
English

@kagondu_yvonne I think a proper analysis will also acknowledge those who have climbed the corporate ladder because of holding one. IK several, with some of them serving in senior government positions

Lol sometimes I feel the white people are far too kind. Slavery in the hands of black people would have been unimaginably worse.
Even to this day MOST white people keep going out of their way to atone for the sins of their forefathers, If roles were reversed, I doubt we’d see the same level of remorse.
As painful as this is to say, if I was a white person I’ll be racist. There’s no way, I’ll accept that I’m equal with a black person, not to even talk of a South African. It’s a shame what’s happening there and the security agencies are just quiet and allowing this evil acts go on.

@PempheroMphande 🤦🏽at this point, if they continue on this current trajectory of xenophobia, other Africans will be left with no option, but to sympathize with Afriforum and Trump. Wishing them swift success in the campaign after Iran

The person seated next to Minister of Transport, Felix Mhona, is N. Chivayo, who was also present at the Independence celebrations.
As a Justice of the High Court, his role in upholding the rule of law, ensuring justice, and strengthening institutional integrity is critical to the success of Vision 2030. A strong and independent judiciary creates the stable environment needed for investment, economic growth, and national progress.
His presence reflects how key sectors, including the judiciary, are aligning with national goals. The Chivhayo family continues to support the vision of His Excellency Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, contributing across various sectors in the drive to build a modern and prosperous Zimbabwe.
