And as I write this, your phone system just disconnected me. Will I get a return phone call from your staff? No. Will I have to phone again and be put on hold? Looks like it.

It is unacceptable that I keep getting the run-around (and have to be on hold for hours at a time) in this situation. These accounts were not created by me, , and your team's unwillingness to correct the situation in a timely manner is abysmal service.

So, @BMO, would you please explain to me why I have had to be on hold for over 4 hours (and counting) again today? I have spent the past 8 months trying to get you to flag two fraudulent credit cards as exactly that. I have called numerous times
