@EuropcarSA If their building ever has to set alight I would not piss on the flames. In order to save money they “Self Insure”. More than likely give you a car that’s paid off, gets stolen then hit you double excess. Daylight Robbery. Oh and you pay the tank of petrol.

@EuropcarUK how is it that I have turned up to pick up my car and nothing has been allocated. Effectively left stranded in Croatia! Where do I complain? And where is my refund? Your website is particularly obstructive for both!

Picked up a car from #Europcar earlier this week.
Be aware, I didn't check the mileage & after driving 97 miles, they claimed I'd driven 413 miles.
Contemptuous refusal to acknowledge.

Tried to extend my hire car yesterday
Was told I couldn’t but could hire a different car.
Waiting this morning then get a phone call that they dont have any cars
And you can keep the one i have.
