An aggressive return to the death penalty would immediately cause a dramatic drop in the number of migrant rapes, and more importantly, the number of migrants who are coming into our countries in the first place, as many of them are hopping on the boat/plane with the specific goal of raping White girls.
Another neat part about the death penalty is that it's not explicitly required that the government be the one doing the deathing...
