Devin Lloyd came to @Utah_Football as a 2⭐️ safety from Chula Vista, CA. He left an All-American LB and first round NFL draft pick. In 2025 he was the 2nd highest graded LB in the entire NFL. No one develops and gets you ready for playing on Sundays like Utah.
