Uganda’s National Parks Stories 🇺🇬
📍 Kidepo Valley National Park
Located far away in Uganda’s remote Kaboong district in Karamoja area, sharing its border with South Sudan.
Kidepo is open tree Savannah, raw, untouched wilderness.
The only park in Uganda where zebras & giraffes roam together🦓🦒
Over 77 mammals — lions, cheetahs, elephants🐘
Not easy to reach… but that’s what keeps it wild.

Today I was invited as a guest lecturer at a certain Real Estate institute to talk about how we are driving sustainability.
The audience was very energetic, interactive and curious to know every detail of what we do, how we fight deforestation while using timber, how we make these buildings safer for human accommodations etc but one of the students mentioned something that was mind blowing to me.
He asked “ how are you changing the mindset of the people to accept this?”, he added, “there was a campaign in Uganda where people were given money to learn how to drink coffee 😂, what do you think about that approach?”
At that point I was like How I wish we had the billions to pull that campaign as well?

Have we had A-frames in Uganda before ?
The answer is yes but in 2026, we are changing the way people used to think about them.
This is going to be the most interesting project by far , building the best cozy cabins in the most beautiful landscapes.
We designed these in our softwares and then sent them in a controlled factory environment to be prefabricated. The entire cabin was already made off-site to ensure all would be errors are muted.
Camp here for updates.

According to some studies;
Wooden construction projects are cost-efficient throughout their entire lifecycle – from production to use and reuse.
The high degree of prefabrication shortens construction time and reduces costs. Thanks to the excellent insulating properties and durability of wood, operating costs are also low, as less energy, maintenance, and upkeep are required.
Wooden structures are lighter than concrete or steel constructions, leading to lower foundation requirements, reduced transportation costs, and fewer emissions. In comparison, concrete with the same load-bearing capacity is five times heavier, resulting in significantly higher transportation costs.
