@WTNH Update, from judge: the juror who made the comments has been dismissed. He added that every other juror indicated they would “be able to afford the state and defense a fair trial…” Testimony began at 11:55 a.m.

The judge said they’ll have to question the juror who wrote the note and then the juror who allegedly made the comments. Then, he said, they’ll have to speak with the jurors individually to determine if they heard the comment and if it will impact the case. @WTNH

TROCONIS TRIAL: No testimony thus far on day six as Judge Randolph handles a juror issue. According to judge, marshal handed him a note from a juror that read, “One of the jurors discussed something about the case and it was all over social media. Said it was like ‘Gone Girl’…”
