Central bank gold demand regained momentum in Q2. According to the @GOLDCOUNCIL, central banks purchased 289 tonnes of gold during the quarter, marking a sharp recovery from Q1 and returning buying to levels seen over much of the past four years. The World Gold Council expects central banks to remain on course for another strong year of gold demand, although likely below 2025 levels.
