The crazy thing about Bob Richey at Furman is that this year's team that won the SoCon Tournament and pushed UConn in the NCAA Tournament was actually the *worst* KenPom finish that the Paladins have had in his tenure.

@TravisH51901193 @soconpulse This year’s Furman team would boat race that wofford team by 15 in Spartanburg. Just because VMI and UTC dragged the conference down to sub-20 on Kenpom doesn’t make the entire league garbage. It was 2-3 teams and a bad noncon.

@EvanHaight30 @theblockspot You guys played extremely well. UConn should’ve never been 21 point favorites especially once Demary was ruled out. I’m just arguing with the “almost lost” argument. A lot of the game UConn was up 8-10 points and Furman would hit a big 3 to keep closing the gap.
