Our study shows BiPap to prevent ACS is perceived as effective and appropriate. The biggest challenge is patient acceptance, which may be improved by: 1⃣mask comfort 2⃣ communication between the patient and care team & 3⃣patient-centered introduction to this therapy. 8/8
