Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) has been very useful for me to become observant of my thoughts, stop them in their tracks, choose a different path, and start to act in ways that are more beneficial. Read all about my ACT journey here: researchingeverything.com/how-acceptance…

Hyaluronic acid is like the Winona Ryder of skincare ingredients: Everyone knew and loved it, for a long time, and then disaster struck. And, after a while, it made a comeback…sort-of. I take a deep dive on the #blog: bit.ly/3nHGtJ5

Glycolic acid is great for skin health and overall appearance and can be found at reasonable prices (like The Ordinary’s Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution, which is only $10!) bit.ly/3EVeGv9

Look, the #HoneydewHotCream isn’t going to magically slim your tummy or double chin overnight. However, I do think it’s a nice product to have if you’re already on your weight loss or fitness journey. bit.ly/3G2SG2e

Why is medical-grade #silicone so great for fine lines and wrinkles? First, the silicone helps trap and retain moisture in the skin. But it can do so much more to help reduce signs of aging. See why it seems everyone is loving silicone patches right now: bit.ly/3PDOw2O

The secret to "blue hyaluronic acid" is really just that it is "fermented hyaluronic acid." The fermentation process makes the HA molecule 2000x smaller, so it can penetrate the skin better. This, in turn, causes the 300% increase in hydration

The formulators clearly knew what they were doing with @LANEIGEUS Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Cream Moisturizer – it’s hydrating, I find even more so than the belif True Cream Aqua Bomb, and not inflaming the skin at all, at least not in my experience. youtu.be/hBgSQ9vFmik

The @LANEIGEUS Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Cream Moisturizer isn’t a product that is going to help to protect, preserve, and treat your skin like, say, retinoids, vitamins C and E, or peptides, But this is a great source of hydration and skin soothing: bit.ly/3Bcm8Aq

However, the @KopariBeauty Sun Shield Body Glow is the perfect product for those days or events where you want to have SPF on, but don’t want to smell like chemicals, have a white cast, or feel sticky: bit.ly/3o1RS3C

If your TikTok FYP page looks anything like mine recently, you’ve probably seen a slew of people pulling frozen cucumbers from their freezer and rubbing them on their faces for glowing, blemish-free skin. But does it actually work?🤔🥒 bit.ly/3Ov7JTJ

The effective ingredient in the @OlaySkin Pro-Retinol Eye Treatment is niacinamide, which may help with skin sallowness, uneven skin tone, and dryness. It also has retinyl propionate, but retinyl propionate is about half as potent as retinol... bit.ly/3Oldnry

Designed for crow’s feet, @OlaySkin Eyes Pro-Retinol Eye Treatment promises to reduce the appearance of crow’s feet in just 4 weeks. This is a pretty good eye cream, especially for the money, and contains niacinamide and retinyl propionate: youtu.be/zIn9lYVgGfU

After publishing my best suggestions for the discontinued @StriVectin NIA24 line, the brand pointed out that certain products I had suggested had also been discontinued. Luckily, the team at Strivectin had other product recommendations! bit.ly/3a6JsUK

@Biotulin Supreme Skin Gel effects last anywhere from a few hours to 12 hours. I recommend using this product only for special occasions, as I don’t believe in weakening the neuromuscular junction with injectables or anesthetics regularly. youtu.be/Jj_rrOYczzU
