@talkSPORT I disagree, I do believe this was violent conduct and completely warranted the sending off…..
Man United fans love to blame this sending off as the sole reason they lost, when really it was a terrible tactical approach by Carrick….
❌ "It's not a red card... That is not violent conduct!"
🤦♂️ "Is it a free kick? Yes, but it's not violent conduct!"
Ally McCoist insists it was wrong to send off #MUFC's Lisandro Martinez for a hair pull in their loss to #LUFC! 😤
@utdshows United have scored more goals this season after 31 games (56 goals) than they did after 38 games last season (44 goals) It makes the world of difference. United will concede a similar amount of goals as when they had Onana. Once United are scoring goals, it matters little!
They said André Onana was the reason Man United finished 15th last season
By this same time last season we were 14th and had conceded 44 goals.
This season without Onana we have conceded 43 goals. Almost the same number as last year. So why are we 3rd?
The bad press on Onana is very unfair.
He doesn't have to come back to united but at least let's be honest and respectful.
@BTimee_ Barcelona is back bribing referee’s I see. This is a Red card in Sunday league (never mind La Liga) Hard to argue against corruption after that decision!
🚨 𝗠𝗔𝗝𝗢𝗥 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: THE RED CARD HAS BEEN TURNED AROUND!
BECAUSE GERARD MARTIN WAS SHOOTING THE BALL AWAY AND NOT MAKING A CHALLENGE! ❌
#FCBarcelona | #Barça | #AtletiBarça
@DNA_MUFC@Lea_EFC 75000 free seats at sold Trafford today. Supprised he didn't watch his own team. Oh no I forgot!!! Be plenty of empty seats at Wembley for the semi if he wants to watch us again.
84 Year old Sir Alex Ferguson shamelessly attending the Etihad Stadium today to hate watch Manchester City 😂😂😂
Absolute respect to Fergie for this level of hate watching 👏👏👏
@FootballFunnys All you have to do is mention Ryan Giggs to Tottenham fans and they automatically go and hide under the bed! 10 goals and 10 assists in 42 games vs Spurs.
@footyclipsx It wasn’t even the best save in the FA Cup. That was Sunderland’s Jimmy Montgomery’s double save for Sunderland vs Leeds United in the 1973 FA Cup Final. How he got up and saved the second shot I will never know. It defied belief!
No way Schmeichel > Alisson.
Should've put him in my overhyped list.
Alisson beats him in every metric.
Schmeichel was awful with ball at feet, good shotstopper but poor on crosses.
If he played today, not top 3 in PL or top 10 in Europe.
That's reality 👍
@AndyRoweOnline As soon as a call like that goes against the All Blacks you’ll be the first one moaning. Foul play always hits differently when it happens to you!
I’ve seen some Irish fans saying officials need to “take a closer look” at this. IMO, that mindset invites more TMO interference and kills the spectacle. 50/50 calls that are missed should stay missed, or it’s always at the expense of the game. Play on.
@SkySportsNews Who is James Olley when he is at home? Why won’t Sky Sports hire a successful manager to give their expert input and put an end to stupid opinions from nobodies!
"If Manchester United want to win titles they've got to get a bigger name than Carrick" 🏆
James Olley believes that Michael Carrick is not the long-term solution for Manchester United 👀
@SpursGuy88 If only Spurs players could put in the same kind of effort as their fans do when it comes to excuses. You haven’t won the league in 65 years. It certainly looks like Relegation is going to be your friend for the next couple of month and no harm either. All you do is complain.
That was fun with Michael Oliver again
4' Shaw cynical yellow on Gallagher with Lammens off his line - not given
8' Ghost foul: Romero wins the ball off Mbeumo perfectly
10' Ghost foul: Amad falls because VDV is quicker than him
13' Udogie "fouled" identical to how Amad was above - play on
16' Martinez judo throws Solanke to the floor - no PEN
Great example of why we have 0 PENs in the League this season
19' ghost foul: Solanke on Maguire (unless it was an offside)
Spurs were in and around the United box with numbers
26' United PEN shout...softer than Solanke's and outside the box
29' Romero red for less than Dalot on Doku
Ian Wright, at halftime, uses the 8th minute perfect tackle by Romero that should've never even been a foul...to try create a "red mist" narrative - which is peak
58' cheap FK for Spurs
68' Palhinha booked for winning the ball cleanly - apparently the body language of the tackle was "aggressive"😂
74' Cynical foul by Dalot on VDV - no yellow
79' Shaw, who should already be on a yellow from the 4th minute - nearly elbows Souza's head off his shoulders - and the commentator defends United while the ref does nothing
Commentators anti Spurs and pro United on EVERY SINGLE incident, Flashpoint and 50/50 today
2nd United goal...no conclusive/forensic check to see if Sesko touched the ball - playing Bruno offside in the process
Most Spurs goals are checked forensically for any potential wrongdoing
So 9/10 strange calls went United's way - in addition to their 2nd goal not being checked and the inconsistency of the Romero red...which Oliver couldn't wait to give - been a while since I saw a straight red as opposed to a yellow upgraded by VAR
Ian Wright then does another fulltime hit piece on Romero the Animal and how he also should've been off against Brentford
However IFAB laws clearly state it's only a last man red if the attacker is in possession of the ball - and Igor Thiago was nowhere near the ball
They know the laws, but ignore them to create these kinds of hitpieces
Someone in studio also said the Red wouldn't have changed the result, as United were clearly the superior team - even though Spurs were probably better before the sending off
But remember...there's no agenda😉
