@jazzyjjo89 Enjoy the summer, have a bit of a sort out in the autumn to tick off little jobs you’ve been meaning to do and then think about new adventures in 2027. Since giving up full time work (health and caring responsibilities) I’ve done loads of interesting stuff, paid and unpaid. Enjoy

@TheEvertonian78 I feel I have to speak up for my Gooner husband here. Been a STH for 30+ years and quite enjoys the odd fallow period to encourage hangers on to move on. As far as I know, he’s also not a w****r.

100% correct. Everyone hates Arsenal and Liverpool because their fans are wankers. Now United have turned a corner their fans are starting to chirp up so will become annoying once again an join that group.
City are just the least annoying of the top 6, almost as if most …

Disagree. It was 'anyone but Liverpool' whilst they competed with Man City. You even had Man Utd legend G Nev basically celebrating Man City titles just because it stopped Liverpool from winning. Now it's 'anyone but Arsenal' because again - people don't feel as much against Man City compared to their dislike for Arsenal.

@learning_yohei The differences between British and American English are not only found in vocabulary but also grammar and tone. British English tends to be more formal and less direct (which we see as more polite). As Japanese culture values politeness, I think you might prefer British English.

ILIMAN NDIAYE
(Rising Ballers To AFCON Champion)
- He couldn’t secure a place in France and moved to Senegal to join AS Dakar Sacré-Cœur.
- He later moved to England with his father and, at 19, was still playing Sunday League football for Rising Ballers.
- In 2019, he joined Sheffield United and was loaned to Hyde United, a semi-professional club in the Northern Premier League Premier Division.
- Today, he is a Premier League attacker for Everton and an AFCON winner with Senegal at age 25, just six years after playing semi-professional football.
Success isn’t about being in the right place at the right time, it’s about never giving up until the time is right.

@John_Dabell If anyone can do this - you can. You remind me of the great explorers, finding paths that people didn’t know existed and showing the way for people behind you.

My posts at the moment might not reflect my daily positive narrative of the last 5 years but I am far from done. I'm receiving incredible support on here. Unfortunately, a tiny minority haven't, calling for me to 'be put of my misery' which I find abhorrent. Those people are blocked. I never give up. This will take time. I have the will to live and I will.

@shapter1234 @NoContextBrits My brothers didn’t like the Turkish Delight in their selection box so decided to throw it around the bedroom I had to share with them for once because it was Christmas and nana had my room. I had to have large quantities cut out of my hair.
