These two were using a crack pipe, whilst trespassing and loitering on the steps of an adjacent HMO. They were smoking either heroine or crack cocaine. The matter was referred to the local Beat Team this morning.

Another one of these idiot men, from St Stephens Road coming here, trespassing and using the frontage of our properties to smoke dope here. They then argue with you when you complain! I had to ring 999 in the end to get him to leave.

The Police recorded this abuse to the homeowner who asked them to move on as an S.5 'public order offence', which is serious as it addresses Riot, Violent disorder, Affray, Aggravated threatening behaviour – fear or provocation of violence and Disorderly behaviour - and else.
