@evri__care why hasn’t my delivery status updated all day? i ordered my package on monday for next day delivery. changed it to parcel shop (5 mins away from my house) yesterday and have not received any info/updates other than confirmation that it’s been updated to parcel shop.

@marksandspencer my 85 yo mother ordered gift flowers which were advertised as free delivery but charged £6 at check out. Evri attempted delivery at 7.20am with no knock and now asking for additional redelivery charge and personal details. Surely not great customer service?

@artificial0wl @Evri_DeliveryUK Same happened to me. Claimed they had tried to deliver it three times in one day. Contacted them to obtain an explanation- radio silence. They are beyond awful!

@A1GOY I was about to counter by saying that Evri has generally been pretty good for me, but it’s now 22:30 and a package that was scheduled for 19:00-21:00 still isn’t here! 🙄

Ordered a thing from the @Gap sale lsat week, paid for next day delivery. Evri is handling the logistics, so naturally it's not arrived yet. Been in every time, and not a hope. How on earth is that company still in business?

Dealing with Evri is enough to justify massacre. Maybe The Joker has a point. Of course 1400-1800 meant no sign of the bloody thing or any contact at 21:30 why wouldn't it?
