We understand that not everything was great during the Legacy era of Portal. As the new team leading this project, we want to be transparent: we cannot undo the past, and we won't try to defend it. What we can do is take absolute responsibility for the future of this ecosystem with a new team and strategy. Now, let's address your toughest questions. 1⃣ What is the Portal Project today? Portal has officially evolved into an AI-native game development platform. The market has changed, and so have we. We fundamentally believe that gaming cannot survive on pure speculation - success must be driven by a functioning product. That's why we've spent the last few months rebuilding our foundation to focus entirely on infrastructure. Our goal is to lower the barrier from an initial idea to a launched game. We are building a tool stack not just for professional devs, but for everyone: gamers and creators. This starts with fundamental tools like Portal Studio, your virtual workspace for agent orchestration, and Portal GameRouter, which allows anyone to easily manage game workflows and complex logic. We will also be rolling out Portal GameGen for rapid prototyping and Portal GameHub for seamless publishing and monetization. Moving forward, Portal is the infrastructure that empowers anyone to build games more quickly and efficiently. 2⃣ The future of $PORTAL token and the missing 'Roadmap' We understand that the performance of the token has been deeply frustrating, and we know that you have been waiting for months for the 'Roadmap V2' that was promised by the previous team. To answer your question directly, the old 'Roadmap V2' will not be implemented. Why? Because it relied on generating hype rather than building a sustainable platform. Releasing another roadmap based on empty promises would have been irresponsible. We decided to remain silent so that we could rebuild the technology from the ground up. We are introducing this new AI-native tool stack because a product-led approach is the only way to create real, organic demand. 3⃣ $PORTAL token supply and buyback demands We see the daily demands for us to step in and execute a massive treasury burn or immediate buyback to stabilise the chart. We understand that requesting a burn is a natural reaction right now. However, to be brutally honest, executing a superficial burn with treasury funds is just a PR stunt. It might create a green candle for a few days, but it does nothing to solve the underlying problem of a lack of utility. A product-led approach is what actually lifts token value. Future buybacks will be funded directly by the sustainable revenue generated from our AI-native tool stack. On top of that, $PORTAL holders will gain real utility within the ecosystem, including early access, premium tool features, and voting power. When our products succeed, the community shares the upside. 🌐 We know the broader market is unforgiving right now. However, it is precisely during these challenging times that the industry must cut through the noise and focus on building faster, more sustainable infrastructure.
