Stockholm is remarkably walkable. At one point we were walking somewhere and we needed to check a map. It was such a relief not to have to think about the phone being stolen. In London we always duck into a doorway before checking a phone on the street.

Honestly its a very complex issue, this question doesn't have one definitive answer but many indefinite ones. The swedish gov wanted a melting pot population without any swedes in it tbh

The culture isint rooted in their parents culture however, its more of a hiphop thing being pushed by evil individuals at the top.

Yes its poor integration. Also when the kids gets isolated in the slums it only takes 1 bad criminal person to turn all the kids into criminals. The criminals will hire these naive 13 year olds to do crime for them like puppets (sell drugs, kill someone, etc), the kids take the risk (as they get refused sentencing and no jail time) and the crime leaders can sit back and enjoy. But its also a bad culture thing happening. Its bad when the music people listen to these days are criminals bragging about shooting people, selling drugs and having designer clothes.

Its the second generation that is the problem, kids born in Sweden with poor integration, isolated in the slums, thats the issue here.
