It’s spring and the kids in my neighborhood have started drawing on the sidewalks in chalk. So I bought them some more and left them a note saying we love your work and if you ever want to do the sidewalk in front of our house we’d love it.

@parkersity_9 What a stupid idea. That would just cause judges to lock everyone up because they wouldn’t want to run the risk of being held liable. Your idea is a great way to make sure our prisons are full of people that might not even deserve to be there.

If bartenders can go to jail for over-serving alcohol to someone who then kills another person, judges should go to jail for releasing criminals who do the same.
