Testosterone aromatizes, DHT doesn’t.
I used to think this was just a technical detail, then I actually mapped out what it means in practice and it changed how I approached everything.
When testosterone aromatizes it converts into estrogen, that conversion is happening constantly and the rate depends on body fat, liver health, stress load and dietary fat composition.
DHT doesn’t at all, once testosterone converts to DHT via 5-alpha reductase the estrogenic pathway closes, DHT cannot aromatize, it completes the androgenic signal and stays there.
So what I focused on was shifting the ratio of conversion in favor of the 5-alpha reductase pathway over aromatase.
I kept body fat low without being in a prolonged deficit, kept zinc intake high through food, reduced environmental estrogen load and kept liver clearance running clean with raw carrot and adequate saturated fat, didn’t use any AI (aromatase inhibitors)
The cleaner your conversion environment the more testosterone completes as DHT rather than looping back as estrogen.
Men running aromatase inhibitors are suppressing a symptom, the aromatase activity is high because the conditions favor it.
Fix the excess aromatization and you don’t need to suppress anything.

Today’s Supreme Court decision effectively guts a key pillar of the Voting Rights Act, freeing state legislatures to gerrymander legislative districts to systematically dilute and weaken the voting power of racial minorities - so long as they do it under the guise of “partisanship” rather than explicit “racial bias.” And it serves as just one more example of how a majority of the current Court seems intent on abandoning its vital role in ensuring equal participation in our democracy and protecting the rights of minority groups against majority overreach. The good news is that such setbacks can be overcome. But that will only happen if citizens across the country who cherish our democratic ideals continue to mobilize and vote in record numbers - not just in the upcoming midterms or in high profile races, but in every election and every level.

The reason peptides direct from China are so cheap is bc you have to trust them that they’re giving legitimate COAs. USA vendors are pricier for two reasons. First most reputable vendors are doing multiple tests for Purity, Endotoxins & Sterility. They can also be expensive because some US peptide vendors synthesize them here in the states. There are COUNTLESS falsified COA from direct Chinese vendors & a good bit of scammy activity occurring. An account I’ve been following has done a really great job of uncovering this. Shout out to @Krysia830073 for her unbias work in this department. Highly suggest giving her a follow. I will continue “paying more” for my peptides to get thoroughly tested peptides. Call me crazy, but if I’m going to be injecting research chemicals, I am going to at least know that the purity is high and the toxins are limited.
