@ThuggerDaily Give me a break. Steele and company are constantly doing this. They are never prepared and attempt to do things last minute. They could have waived speedy trial to properly go through discovery.

Lots of people are wondering why this wasn’t done pre-trial, and why they had to just drop everything to go over discovery stuff 97 days in. There were a LOT of pre-trial hearings and motions. Discovery was over 9TB. They had a deadline to start jury selection by a certain date or else the “demands for speedy trials” would be violated. They got as much as they could done, prioritizing certain things, then dropped everything to start jury selection (which took 8 months lol). The judge said the rest would be dealt with “as it came up”. This is part of what has made the trial so slow.

Ok I didn't need to make a whole thread for this, judge didn't really go into detail about what he used to come up with his ruling except the generic "i've considered what the lawyers proffered and the caselaw i've been provided" so not much to say Motion Denied.

Check out the other “fast” nodes on SOL, the prices to access them are insane. Whales are testing their nodes as we speak so the results will be out soon. I do not think we will see these prices if the results are good. Not a paid shill but I think the value to accumulate is there. DYOR and NFA. Ps. The massive price dip is due to the fud.
