A suitably moving end to the working week. @Exeterchoir @ExeterCollegeOx gave an impassioned performance of Tallis’ setting of The Lamentations of Jeremiah as part of a service for Tenebrae.

@MusicatOxford is hosting the Arvo Pärt Festival this year and we're delighted that tonight's service of Choral Compline will be the festival's fringe event. Conducted by Michael Koenig, we will sing Gregorian chant, as well as Pärt's 'Nunc Dimittis' and 'Morning Star'.

Our organ recital series resumes today with Miles Swinden, our Parry Wood Organ Scholar! He will play works including Bach’s stunning Fantasia and Fugue in G minor, and the finale of Guillmant’s exhilarating first organ Sonata. The recital will begin at 1.10pm in the Chapel.
