The SPD officer, Daniel Auderer, that laughed & joked about Jaahnavi Kandula's death after being hit by a police cruiser, has an insane misconduct record with 29 total incidents. From @DivestSPD: •He was one of more than a dozen officers that savagely beat Brian Torgerson, a mentally ill man, causing permanent brain damage in 2010. •Investigated in 2016 for using force against a woman while she was handcuffed. Which is prohibited by SPD policy unless “exceptional circumstances.” The force which occurred conveniently off camera was considered “lawful and proper.” •He punched & choked a homeless man inside the ER at Harborview Hospital in 2015. Even though the SPD Force Review Board ruled that the force was unjustified, OPA ultimately cleared him of wrong doing. •Was issued a training referral after allegedly sexually harassing a woman in a holding cell in 2015. •In 2016 he punched a female bystander in the face for "interfering with an arrest." •He was suspended 4 days after taking part in the arrest of a person while off-duty on a ridealong with his brother who is an officer in another jurisdiction. During which he violated the person’s Miranda rights & failed to report the arrest to a supervisor. These complaints have cost tax payers of Seattle over $1.7 million.

Everyone needs to remember the name Jaahnavi Kandula. She was a 23 year old student who was hit and killed by speeding Seattle police earlier this year. Other cops were then caught laughing about her death and calling her "limited value." She leaves behind a single mom in India
