@mamchunu I'm loving all these posts with receipts since South Africans have been labeled as lazy xenophobes who DO NOT travel. South Africans travel and enter their host countries LEGALLY and whilst there, respect the laws 👏

🚨EXTREMELY DANGEROUS ETHIOPIAN TERROSIST IS ROAMING FREE & HIDING IN SOUTH AFRICA: PLOT TO BOMB SOUTH AFRICAN MALLS. The ISIS Leader, the R4 Million Bribe, and the Hawks Member Who Drove His Car Away: Inside the Case That Could Break South Africa's Elite Units [Part 1] This is high level classified state military intelligence intel.... For over four years, Captain Wynand Olivier of the South African Police Service hunted one man: Abdella Abadiga (also referred to as Abdella Hussain Abadiga or Abdella Abadigga, a terrorism commander with direct links to ISIS operations in Africa. In March 2022, the United States Treasury Department had placed Abadiga on a sanctions list for allegedly funding and coordinating ISIS activity on the continent. He was no ordinary suspect; he was an Ethiopian national who had been arrested in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2017 on terrorism-related charges, only to be mysteriously returned to South Africa in 2020, stunning counter-terrorism investigators who had been building a case against him. In 2023 Abadiga was arrested in an intelligence-driven takedown between the Vaal and Johannesburg. A major terror suspect was finally in custody. And then, without explanation, he was released. No lengthy detention. No high-profile prosecution. Just freedom, handed back to a man Captain Olivier had spent years building a case against. THE MALL OF AFRICA VANISHING The disappearance took place on 29 December 2022, when Abadiga and his bodyguard, Kadir Jemal Abotese, walked into the Mall of Africa in Midrand, one of the busiest shopping centres on the continent. CCTV footage shows the two men having a meal in the food court and meeting with approximately seven individuals before leaving at around 12:01pm. Abadiga was last seen on camera paying for his parking ticket at 12:11pm. Then, the two men simply vanished. Four hours later, Abadiga's Toyota Lexus was driven out of the mall parking area. But the men themselves were gone. Their whereabouts remain unknown to this day and they are now presumed dead. In the aftermath, the finger of blame was pointed at one of the most respected institutions in the land: the South African Special Forces. Formal accusations of kidnapping were laid against SANDF operators basically accusing them of kidnapping. But then CCTV footage surfaced and that doesn’t lie. A foreign national held CCTV material from the mall. That footage, according to intelligence insiders, shows something else: the Special Forces did not take Abadiga and his guard. The soldiers who stand accused simply were not the ones who removed the two men. But the charges against the Special Forces are still on regardless the CCTV evidence. Here is what doesn’t add up. The SANDF claimed it was merely conducting a "training exercise" at the Mall of Africa on the very day Abadiga vanished. Major-General Herbert Mashego, the then general officer commanding the Special Forces, stated in a court affidavit that the exercise was designed to "train Special Forces members to evacuate members of the public, dignitaries and other people in the event of any emergency situation". CCTV footage showed vehicles registered to Peters Communications Trust, a SANDF-linked front company, at the mall at the time of the disappearance. If the SANDF is telling the truth, someone wants the Special Forces to take the fall for this. ……Enter Lieutenant-Colonel Frans Mathipa, a senior investigator with the Hawks' Crimes Against the State division. He was appointed as the lead investigator to this case and Intelligence reports that Mathipa was paid R4 million to keep implicating the Special Forces in the disappearance. So basically, Mathipa was paid R4 million to push a narrative that the elite military unit had gone rogue. But these are allegations so let’s thread carefully here.

Mamelodi Sundowns couldn't fly to Morocco because the permits to land there were denied. Yet in South Africa people come and apply for permits when they are already here.

Justice Aubrey Ledwaba was implicated by Witness A and B in the manner in which he conducted the bail hearing of Katiso Molefe and subsequently granted him bail in October 2025. He was then the Acting Judge President of the Gauteng Division of the High Court. He was appointed Judge President by President Ramaphosa as of 15 May 2026. When the allegations came up, he said he would apply to come to #MadlangaCommission to clear his name. I don't know if he's still going to come or it's now water under the bridge. At his interview for the position at the JSC - Judicial Services Commission, he was asked by Adv. Ngcukaitobi SC whether he accepted a bribe of R2.5 million to give Molefe bail. He refuted the claims as hearsay and defended his judgement.

So, many of you here don't know what you are talking about and funny enough all this information is in the public domain

The withdrawal of the case against Joe ‘Ferrari’ Sibanyoni and others has put the @NPA_Prosecutes and @SAPoliceService into an invidious position. The principle of res judicata dictates, if applied, that the accused can’t be arrested twice by the same police for the same charges and brought before the same court. In this circumstance, the police may be prevented from re-arresting the accused and therefore the NPA may only arraign them in order to bring them before Court for those charges. The purport of this is that the accused will go through the trial, if re-instituted, as free men!

@NhlamuloNeay They are talking on the Prosecutor's behalf after suspending him without talking to him first. I will believe it when I hear what the Prosecutor has to say. Especially since he did say on record, Monday won't work.

So according to Advocate Andy Mothiba the State Prosecutor Mkhuseli Ntaba just felt unsafe being handling this high profile case hence he chose not to appear in court leading to the release of Pastor Joe , if that's the case why didn't he tell them before taking this case that he's not ready to take it because he's afraid of feel unsafe around taxi boss matter. If indeed he felt this way without being threatened he deserves all the action that NPA will constitute against him because he should have said that he can't take it. (This is my 2c opinion) Good Night bahlali🌼 #NPA #MadlangaCommission
