Really great event! Took lots from it about creating a space where we can talk about disabilities in the classroom and make sure everyone is aware of the barriers and how to minimise their effects.

A phenomenal event! 3 first steps to make teaching more accessible 1) Formatting: Use a sans serif font, 1.5 line spacing and 12+ font size 2) Run materials through an accessibility check 3) Visit the classroom (& work with the building manager to get any necessary changes made)
