@grahamformaine @JosinaAnderson @Delta also screwed me. I booked a flight on Expedia for a guy who works for me. He is Hispanic and has 2 last names. I only put 1 last name. When he went to check in thy wouldn’t let him in and made him rebook. They could have helped us out like @AlaskaAir did.

@ExpediaHelp I have booked several packages trips with you guys. My spirit flight got cancel for an upcoming trip I have in two weeks. I booked the travel package using Expedia. I have been on hold for 2 hours waiting to speak with someone. Please help, this is ridiculous.

@bookingcom you need to get agents that understand real life scenario's... I book a car, cancelled because of the time and them immediately booked again while at the car rental. Only to find out, the first booking wasn't going to be refunded. See below

Paid nearly $700 for American Airlines ticket for my daughter to fly home Xmas. She had a medical issue happen, couldn't fly home. We gave AA a letter from Dr that she couldn't fly, AA refused to refund the $. Even Expedia couldn't help. We are done flying American Airlines.

@fromedome @Expedia I should have taken more video. The front desk (without a person) had a handwritten note with a number to call and a hotel room phone to use. There was a short hallway of rooms that were not being renovated yet that they were booking ppl in. Those rooms were… not in good shape.

@PKGulati @Kaustav68827619 @emirates I did read the terms for what I selected on @Expedia and there was no justification for the awful behaviour of the check-in staff. On top of that, after AI generated DMs by customer support, there has been ZERO follow up. This is unacceptable for any airline or business.

Absolutely disgusted with @Emirates. Bought a Business Class ticket on Expedia thinking I was flying a top class airline. At check-in they refused lounge access and treated me like dirt with the rudest staff imaginable. Flying through danger zones already had me worried , i now know why. Emirates is the airline from hell.
