@LQ Terrible stay - the front desk thought it was funny to send us up with room keys that didn’t work multiple times. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

@HIExpress Great overnight stay in Harvey, LA. Great front desk and prompt resolution of issues.

@BurgerKing Avoid Burger King the store yells at you and swears you never online ordered. When you show the receipt they expect you to call a closed number are rude and the customer service auto closes your tickets and never responds. Horrible service

Excellent customer service and friendly delivery drivers. Oh and the food is good too. Local favorite @SonsofSicily

Apple iPhone - cannot downgrade iCloud plan (no the button won't work) - chat just refers me to the apple page month after month. A tech finally sees the problem and the answer is - oh well. Not great customer service apple. No more apple products for this family.

@JELDWEN Cannot recommend this product. Customer service is horrible. I have sent more than four requests for missing parts for a door the company manufacturers (simple plastic fill ins for over the screw holes) and the requests have been ignored or filled with more paperwork.
